Why 1:1 support with me?
Supporting an anxious dog can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally draining. Many anxious dog parents like you, come to me not because they’re doing things wrong — but because they’re carrying too much on their own.
My 1:1 support is centred on you.
I offer calm, compassionate guidance, reassurance, and a safe space to talk things through, so you can move forward with confidence rather than self-doubt.
You’ll receive:
When caregivers feels supported, the dogs feels safer.
You don’t have to do this alone, support starts with you! 💛
See below to start your journey ☺️

I will arrange a free, no obligation, Support Call with you to discuss your situation, to take some initial information and to see what support I can offer you.
If you wish to proceed further then the Initial Consultation and Assessment will be arranged

I will either come to your home or on location to assess the situation and look to understand why your dog exhibits their anxious emotions and what impact this has on you. I will formalise a plan of support going forwards and will recommend some foundations for you and your dog to build from.
Following the Consultation, a detailed full report and support plan will be sent to you via email. I will follow up and check-in with you to plan your journey going forward.
Online version - The Consultation and Assessment is also available online, via 1:1 Video Call, if you are not in the Southampton area, your dog struggles with visitors or you would rather relax in your home and not have to worry about someone coming round.
