Boarding
The best way to meet, we have found, is to take a walk together.
We generally take walks in our local woods, parks or country parks but can meet you in your favourite public place. This way you & your furry one will feel safe and comfortable.
Dog Walking/Dog Sitting
The best way to meet is for our team member to come to your house and meet up with you and your dog.
Boarding
Following a successful first meeting on a walk, we ask that you and your doggy come to our home to see if it meets both of your expectations.
Dog Walking/Dog Sitting
Following a successful first meeting, our team member may come again to go over any other issues and to collect any keys if necessary.
Each of these meetings will help to strengthen the bond between us and our dogs.

Before your dog stays with us at our home without you, we would like to assess behaviours and personality etc by having the dog without you for half day. The assessment will include a walk and we will also assess how they interact with other dogs (if we have any staying with us). This will give us an indication of any issues to work on.
The assessment day will be free.
If the assessment goes well, we will give you some forms to take away with you and complete. These forms will need to be brought on the day of the trial night.
These forms give us information to tailor our home from home service to you and your furry pal. They also provide us with important information such as vaccinations, chipping data, treatments and vets details. Whilst we strive to take great care of your dog and treat them like our own, we need to be prepared for any emergency.
Once everyone is happy, we will confirm the dates previously agreed and an invoice will be sent via email.
If your are not using our boarding service please go to Step Six.
It is recommended to assess the dogs on a night time basis. Again this will give us an idea of what to expect when they stay with us as well as the dog getting used to our home and us.
This trial night will be charged at normal boarding rate (£25)
Once the meetings and assessments are done, it is time for your service to start.
If you have any queries at this stage, please contact Tracey (07960423833) and your queries will be answered.
